Sage Springs Midwifery is still currently in-network with most Anthem Bluecross Blueshield plans. Due to low reimbursement rates, we find it necessary to bill for services which were previously included in our fee as a courtesy which Anthem does not cover. Below you will find a breakdown of the items which will be a cost to families outside of your typical Global Maternity Fee. This does not include labs, ultrasounds, or assistant midwife fees which have always been separate fees.
